We've already covered Radeon HD 4850 availability and pricing in yesterday's availability check, but TR reader Tamale has told us about a particularly juicy deal that really warrants a mention here. Newegg is selling Sapphire's Radeon HD 4850 for $179.99 with $8.25 shipping, but you can cut that to $173.24 shipped by entering the coupon code "VGA71615" (without the quotes).
Folks who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty filling mail-in rebate forms can get that price down to just $143.24. Newegg is running a $30 mail-in-rebate deal on the card until tomorrow, although the rebate form (PDF) says participants will need to wait 3-3.5 months for their rebate checks.
If you miss the rebate and coupon, the next best deal is Diamond's Radeon HD 4850. As we noted yesterday, Newegg offers that card for $174.99 shipped. Either way, be sure to check out our review of the Radeon HD 4850 and 4870 if you haven't seen it yet.
